I feel so blessed and lucky that I get to do this for my work. My goal is to spread important conversations around mental health, about mindset, and inspiration. At the end of 2023, I hit a wall. Anxiety and burnout took me to a place where I knew I had to slow down and start again (listen to this episode or this one for more on that!). Out of that experience came Beautiful Inside — a safe space to have honest conversations about mental health, healing, and redefining beauty as something that starts within.In this special solo episode, I’m sharing my current Sacred Six — the six rituals, practices, and mindset shifts that are helping me heal, rebuild, and find balance. 1. Creating a Sacred Space I’ve built a little “recharge station” in my home — my self-care corner — where I go to reset. Yin Yoga at Modern MovementYin has become my Sunday night spiritual reset. Teachers Tim and Rose create a space of stillness and surrender. Holding poses in silence helps balance out the intensity of my other practices — and reminds me of the beauty of slowing down. 6. They’ve helped me crystallise my goals — like getting my body stronger through weights, running, and swimming — and reminded me that movement is medicine on every level.
