1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Beauticate (ABN: [insert ABN]), located in Sydney, Australia, in partnership with Ashaya Rituals.

2. Eligibility
The competition is open to Australian residents only, aged 18 and over. Employees of Beauticate, Ashaya Rituals, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

3. Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must:

• Follow both @beauticate and @ashaya_rituals on Instagram.
• Comment on one of the competition posts, tagging a friend. Each friend tagged counts as one entry. There is no limit on the number of entries per person.

4. Competition Dates
The competition opens on October 11, 2024, at 5:00 PM AEST and closes on November 11, 2024, at 11:59 PM AEST. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

5. Prize Details
One winner will receive an Ashaya Rituals gift pack valued at $1000 AUD, which includes:

• 6 months of Ayurvedic supplements ($450)
• 4 face oils ($300)
• 3 body oils ($174)
• 1 Kansa wand ($85)

The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.

6. Selection of Winner
The winner will be chosen at random using a computer-generated selection process on November 15, 2024. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram by @beauticate and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner will be drawn.

7. Prize Delivery
The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address in Australia at no additional cost. Beauticate and Ashaya Rituals are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged deliveries.
