What is micro-infusion?
Micro-infusion is a form of at-home microneedling with a serum chamber built into the device. Instead of rolling, you stamp a head of tiny hollow needles across clean skin, and serum is delivered through the micro-channels as you go.

Micro-infusion vs microneedling: what's the difference?
So how is this any different to microneedling? Same idea, softer touch. Traditional microneedling and dermarolling drag tiny needles across the skin to create the micro-injuries that wake up collagen. Micro-infusion swaps the roller for a stamp. That means a controlled, even depth, and far less risk of tearing the skin.

How to use the Qure Micro-Infusion System
Fill the chamber
Twist open the chamber of the device and fill until it's half full with one ampoule of serum. Then leave the device upside down for two to three minutes while the serum travels into the needles. This is the step most people rush — don't. If the serum hasn't primed into the needles, you'll be stamping dry.
Cleanse and prep
While the serum is priming, wash your face and hands thoroughly. This is a device with needles, so sterility matters. Clean skin, clean hands, clean device — no exceptions.
Stamp from the centre out
Start from the centre of your face and work outwards, using a 50% overlap technique. This creates a controlled wound healing response in the skin which in turn prompts your cells to begin collagen production. It also creates micro-channels that help the serums penetrate more deeply.
Pat in the remaining serum
When you're finished stamping, pat any leftover serum into the skin — all the way down to your neck. The result? Improved elasticity, smoother fine lines and diminished wrinkles. I think of it like a workout for your skin, encouraging it to rejuvenate and revitalise itself.
One tip so it actually works. The most common complaint with this device is the serum not releasing. Fill the chamber with one full ampoule, then leave the device upside down for two to three minutes so the serum travels into the needles before you start. Don't rush it. If a head still won't release, tap it gently and prime it again rather than pressing harder on dry skin.
What it feels like, and my results
I found it quite prickly – particularly on the upper lip! But it doesn't exactly hurt because the needles are finer than human hair. It's slightly more intense than dermarolling but not nearly as ouchy as the in clinic procedures. Afterwards my skin was pink and pricked in places but it cleared up by morning and my skin was glowing. The glow increased as the day progressed and by day three I was admiring my complexion whenever I passed a mirror.
If your skin runs reactive, keep the days afterwards simple with plenty of hydration and a mask for stressed skin.
